VentureWell is pleased to invite you to register for the M4D Bootcamp.

M4D Bootcamp is an intensive experiential workshop that will prepare your enterprise to pilot your technology. The bootcamp will be held virtually via Zoom. By registering, you are committing to:

• Attend the virtual session on May 26-28th in full
• Apply for phase 1 of the program as part of their participation in phase 0

Before you begin registration:

• Designate one person to register as your Team Lead, and please have them register first. This person is usually the COO, CEO, etc. Their form will include more enterprise-level questions.
• Have a enterprise logo ready to upload. (Please save your file as "ENTERPRISE NAME_logo" prior to uploading your file. Optimal specifications for submission is 5"x5" at 300dpi (1500x1500px) in a .jpeg or .png file format.)

After you register:

• Make sure all your participating team members have also registered. 
• We’ll email you detailed logistics and the zoom link.
